I wrote a blog entry on this once, but it was rambling,.. so this is a brief reworking of it.

Don't try to think in words. Think how you would naturally think; in feelings, raw concepts, images - and connections. Trying to make every mental transaction an official sentence is like trying to write a legal document covering each of your daily meals. And if you do make a sentence, keep it outside your thinking. Thoughts don't express words, words express thoughts.
